RETURN POLICY
Damaged in Transit, It's not your fault! Our drivers are instructed to hang around while you perform your full inspection of unboxing and powering up your unit. We offer a Private truck White glove shipping option at checkout where 2 drivers will bring the unit into the room of choice and perform full inspection. In the occurrence upon inspection by the customer while our driver is waiting patiently, the product is discovered to have a damage or defect, please refuse the shipment and note the BOL it's damaged . We will issue a full refund or offer an exchange.
We want you to love your product but we understand that sometimes an item simply won’t fit in the room you intended it for. That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after the delivery of your purchase. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. As more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Policy for Televisions with screens not up to par (for none cracked screen)
Some production runs from manufacturers may be better than others. In the event the panel of TV displays a Dirty screen below industry standard, Banding lines below industry standard, dead pixels, dim screen below industry standards. In this rare instance give us a call at 732 781 0909 and we will have the manufacturer come to your home and replace the panel free of charge we will handle all the phone calls on your behalf. Tv is not returnable to our store as the panel replacement is done at your home. Price Protection Policy: Our website puts forth our best "DEALS OF THE DAY" pricing year round. We do not price protect older sales for new price drops. The electronics market as the year progresses, prices drop dramatically.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All billed orders are subject to 3% processing fee if refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
